Recently,i've stumbled across a new healthy diet plan for my dogs the BARF diet is an acronym for Bones & Raw food diet.

Ever wonder whats in our dog dried food that we buy from pet shops?the food content has no nutritions and is very high in grains that just makes our dogs full and fat rather than healthy and fit.BARF diet not only is cheaper,it also makes your pet pop less and lil and drink less water because the food content has lots of natural water in it AND the ultimate GOOD part bout BARF diet is that it is proven that your pets live longer. So pet owners, this diet just takes up 10 minutes of your time to prepare it and your dogs live happier, healtier and longer life.

That's why after reading up on the BARF diet plan,im going to devote myself as a loving master of my 5 poodles to grind their food up.

If you are intrested, here are some tips on preparing a BARF diet*or u can look up the net*:

as dogs are omnivorous in the wild they consume meat, vegetables and fruits. Therefore in this diet it contains 3 of these catagories.

1.MEAT:Chicken,beef,turkey etc (necks,organs eg liver/hearts).minced or grounded & bones.

2.VEGETABLES:Brocolli,turnip,celery,carrots,cauliflower,spinach,sweet potato, kale, bak choy, cabbage, garlic and capsicum.*Dark vegetables are highly recommanded & varieties are even better*

3.FRUITS:oranges,apples,grapefruit&pear.(whole)

4.ASSORTED:eggs(with shell),kefir,cod liver oil,honey,apple cider,vitamin E,alfafa,grounded flaxseed,kelp powder,zinc oxide and maganous oxide.
